焊接检验 Welding inspection of ammonia water tank
After the welding of the base layer of the weld, the surface of the base layer weld on the double-layer side is polished and flattened, and a 100% PT inspection is performed according to JB4730-94, and the grade is qualified; after the welding, the surface is 100% PT inspected, and the grade is qualified.
The weld seam inspection of the vessel is qualified once: Grade II; Appearance inspection: The weld joint surface is free of defects such as cracks, non-fusion, pores, undercuts, etc. Passing the hydrostatic test, the pressure test is successful and the pass rate is 100%.
After more than one year of use, the composite plate ammonia water storage tank runs well and the thickness of the tank is basically unchanged. The annual corrosion of the carbon steel storage tank is between 0.32 and 0.35 mm, which greatly improves the service life of the product. Practical application shows that the welding process of the ammonia water storage tank is appropriate and the welding quality is excellent, which guarantees the normal use of the product
