Attention must be paid to prevent collisions to prevent deformation and cracks in the weld. Gravity knocking is strictly forbidden. In the event of an error, it is difficult to repair the scene. The water tank at the pipe connection should be lined with reinforced board protection to increase the strength of the joint. The design of the width and height of the cabinet should take into account the technical specifications allowed for automobile transportation such as highways, tunnels, bridges and culverts. The water tank needs to be reinforced during transportation to prevent it from sliding in the carriage and causing damage to the water tank board.
Weld the bottom plate of the FRP water tank, the welding seam is even and tidy, and there should be no bubbles or welding pits. Assemble the spot welding around the bottom plate of the FRP water tank on the bottom plate. Before assembly, select the module with the corresponding thickness according to the drawing, and knock the sides of the module straight Leveling. The lower side plate is spot welded around the bottom plate first. After the spot is measured, the error of the two diagonal lengths of the surrounding box must not be greater than 2mm. It is necessary to ensure that the entire lower side module that has been spot welded is horizontally and vertically assembled squarely.
